Welcome to this training about providing remote supervision to helpers.  This resource is for people providing supervision to helpers remotely. 
 
Providing supervision remotely may be new to many supervisors. It is normal to have concerns about switching from face-to-face to remote supervision.

Also, providing remote care may be new to many helpers. Hence this training is designed to support supervisors to (i) adapt supervision for remote working and (ii) support helpers providing care remotely.
